Poker-Spy™ is committed to protecting your right to privacy as a consumer. We want you to understand what type of information we are collecting and what may happen to that information. The purpose of this document is to describe the information we collect and to explain how it is used.

When is information collected?

• During Registration: Information is gathered during the registration process. When making a purchase, a user is required to provide certain kinds of information such as email address, credit card or PayPal information necessary to make payments.

• During Play: Poker-Spy connects to our server (1) to check for the availability of new updates, (2) for the purpose of fraud prevention. When it does so, Poker-Spy uses your registration id and your hard drive id to log in and (3) to send non-personal information about things like the application's performance and reliability.

What information about your poker games does Poker-Spy send across the internet?

Poker-Spy does not send or receive any information over the internet about your or your opponent’s poker games.

Who is the information shared with?

Poker-Spy does not share any collected information. Poker-Spy has no intention of ever sharing collected information.

Poker-Spy reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Statement at any time without notice to its users. If the privacy statement does change, the web site will reflect the latest changes.
